It's Important For Us All.
Ao longo dos anos, a Premier trabalhou para ajudar a retribuir em todas as regiões em que se encontra. Members of regional committees nominate different charities they would like to work with each year. These volunteers provide time, service, or monetary donations after approval from the Philanthropy team. Premier employees are also encouraged to participate in a "Day of Giving" where they donate their time to a non-profit of their choice.
No nível corporativo, todos os anos, três instituições de caridade diferentes são propostas e depois votadas para receber uma doação financeira da Premier. São instituições de caridade reconhecidas nacionalmente e novas nomeações são escolhidas todos os anos.
